Hot Tips in Family Law

Description

Join the MSBA Family and Juvenile Law Section during Day 3 of MSBA Legal Excellence Week, for its newest hybrid presentation of Hot Tips in Family Law on March 16, 2022 at 9 am.

Experienced practitioners will discuss and analyze the following topics:

  • Unlocking the Mysteries of Parent Coordination;
  • Resist and Refuse: Dealing with Child Resistant Custody Issues;
  • Prenuptial Agreements: Best Practices in Financial Disclosures;
  • New and Soon to Come Changes to the MD Child Support Guidelines; and
  • Tax Issues and Challenges in Divorce.

Six hours of CLE credit for VA, PA, and DE will be offered along with 6.0 general credits by the National Federation of Paralegal Associations Inc. (NFPA).
