“Hot Tips…” will give an in-depth review of some of the most urgent topics facing Maryland family law attorneys. Experienced faculty will cover what the new legal recreational cannabis law means for your child custody case; what to do if faced with a client’s incapacity or death; tax implications for divorcing clients facing bankruptcy, appellate brief and memo writing for divorce matters, and more!
