Join the MSBA Elder Law and Disability Rights Section for its annual presentation of Hot Topics in Elder Law on Tuesday, July 7th at 9 a.m.!

This year’s program will kick off the virtual summer learning season. Learn the latest from experienced faculty who will cover updates to Medicaid and Medicare, new law from the 2021 Maryland legislative session including new elder abuse legislation, and ethical issues for elder law attorneys.
