Join the MSBA for the new livestream presentation of How COVID 19 and the New Administration Impact the Practice of Employment Law in Maryland on Thursday, July 22, 2021  at 8:30 a.m.!

This program is based on the release of the MSBA’s Maryland Employment Law Deskbook, 2021 Revised Edition, and will highlight the book’s primary chapters and new topics.  Attorneys in virtually every practice area encounter employment law issues. Labor and employment lawyers, business law generalists, and litigators are all called upon to advise clients on the rights and responsibilities inherent in every aspect of the employment relationship.

3.5 hours of CLE credit will be offered by the surrounding MCLE states and if you can’t attend the livestream program, it will be available on-demand on our MSBA CLE catalog. 

We’re integrating the Zoom platform into our livestream programs! Participants will now be able to use the chat box and pose questions to the faculty during the presentation. As our live streams will use Zoom, you will have the same video and audio functions. Please keep your phone or computer muted unless you’re speaking. You may wish to turn off your video camera to allow the attendees to focus on the presenters. Use the chat box to ask questions and include which faculty member you’d like to address the question.
