Edward W. Neufville, III, is the founder and principal of the Law Office of Edward W. Neufville, III, LLC.  Mr. Neufville practices U.S. Immigration and Nationality Law and Transnational Law.  Mr. Neufville, a person who stutters, is an experienced trial lawyer, skilled negotiator, and passionate advocate.  He has argued before the United States Federal Courts, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and Immigration Courts across the United States.  Mr. Neufville represents clients in complex immigration matters involving immigration fraud, terrorism and security related immigration issues, family immigration, worksite enforcement compliance, waivers of inadmissibility, immigration consequences of criminal convictions and citizenship.  He has also represented clients under investigation or sanctioned by the United States Department of Treasury.

In addition to firm’s immigration practice, Mr. Neufville serves foreign nationals and U.S. businesses, especially in matters relating to Sub-Saharan Africa, by providing general consultancies, and advice on the intersection of United States domestic law and international law or foreign law.
