Danielle Beach Oswald is partner of Beach-Oswald Immigration Law Assoc. with a group of 4 other attorneys in Washington DC. She is Chair of EOIR-AILA liaison Committee and has since 1991 been on numerous agency committees on immigration matters. Her practice if devoted to representing individuals in removal proceedings, federal court litigation, waivers of inadmissibility, EB1 and EB2 NIW, VAWA, U and family cases as well as complex naturalization. Over the past 30 years she has spoken at numerous conferences and webinars and authored several articles in Immigration journals. Prior to this she was a literature and writing professor in California.
Becca Niburg is the Managing Attorney of the Immigrant Legal Services division of Esperanza Center, a division of Catholic Charities of Baltimore. Prior to joining Esperanza Center, she ran a solo law firm, Elpis Legal, focusing on humanitarian and family-based immigration relief as well as appeals in the BIA and Circuit Courts. The majority of her legal career involved service with the Departments of Justice and Homeland Security from 2006-2017 focusing on immigration law and appeals.
