Keynote speaker and presidential appointee, Elizabeth M. Hewlett, Esq., Vice Chair of the National Capital Planning Commission, (former Chair of the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission and Prince George’s Planning Board Chair) will kick off the event.
