The Assistant U.S. Trustees for Baltimore and Greenbelt will be discussing tips on issues to consider in drafting Disclosure of Compensation forms and retainer agreements in order to comply with the Bankruptcy Rules, the Local Bankruptcy Rules, and the Rules of Professional Conduct. They will also provide updates on the new Zoom 341 meeting rollout and answers questions from the bar regarding the new 341 meeting procedures.
