McCulloch began with humble beginnings in 1818 as a civil suit filed in the Circuit Court in Baltimore, which led to the Supreme Court’s opinion in McCulloch v. Maryland, 17 U.S. (4 Wheat) 316 (1819) by Chief Justice John Marshall. 200 years is an appropriate benchmark to celebrate, discuss, and recognize the historic and ongoing importance of McCulloch v. Maryland.
The program will include roundtable seated arrangements for both discussion and dinner*.
