The practice of law is evolving online and so should you. This program will examine practical and strategic choices for advocating online, along with the ethical consequences. Whether you are participating in online hearings, mediations, remote testimony, or client consultations, it is important that you learn how to effectively use the visual medium so you can best represent your clients and protect the integrity of the legal proceeding. Todd Scott and Kristi Paulson will help understand:

  • Effective online communication skills and leveraging the visual medium.
