The U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance (OFCCP) is an overlooked civil rights agency; however, complying with OFCCP’s regulations can be expensive both in terms of time and money. Additionally, recent changes in the agency’s enforcement priorities have increased the likelihood that employers unaware of their obligations will be subject to a compliance evaluation. This presentation will give practitioners advice on how to proactively prepare their clients to be compliant with OFCCP’s regulations and how to handle an OFCCP compliance evaluation.
