Preparing Demonstrative Evidence: Persuasion and Use of Technology

Description

You have a great case, but the judge or jury needs to understand some complex facts. Perhaps it’s technology, time chronology or medical terms so they can reach a decision.  How do you do this? In this one hour presentation, Attorney Claude Ducloux, will take you through affordable techniques and technologies to help your judge or jury absorb enough information quickly to come to the right decision.

We’ll start out discussing trial themes, and how your presentation should match that theme, you’ll hear differences between demonstrative evidence and demonstrative aids. We’ll remind you of learning styles, that might influence how you present your case. You’ll see real examples of demonstrations which worked, and some which went wrong! This is a fun and interesting hour covering a great deal of important ideas, techniques and information.
