Topic: Maryland Real Property Code for commercial and residential Landlord/Tenant disputes
The program will focus on the causes of action under the Maryland Real Property Code for commercial and residential Landlord/Tenant disputes. The presentation will provide an overview of any applicable pre-filing requirements, a brief explanation of what to expect if a case does not resolve prior to the Court date, and next steps if you obtain a judgment. The program will also highlight distinctions between residential and commercial requirements. Attendees will walk away with an understanding of the different causes of action, best practices and when to involve an attorney familiar with this area of law.
