The MSBA Elder Law and Disability Right Section invites you to a live webinar: Special Needs Planning for the Elderly & People with Disabilities on Thursday, January 21, 2021 from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. 

Join experienced faculty as they review Social Security benefits planning for Children and adults with developmental disabilities, Estate Planning for special needs, Community First Choice program and more!

Featuring faculty: Mary M. Aquino, Esq., with Maryland Legal Aid, Randi Bocanegra, Esq., with Alisa Kobrinetz Chernack, LLC, Emmett B. Irwin, Esq., of The Law Office of Emmett B. Irwin, May-Lis Manley, Esq., with Landsman Law Group

3.5 hours of CLE credit and paralegal credit will be offered with the surrounding MCLE states and if you can’t attend the live program, it will be available on-demand on our MSBA CLE catalog.
