Update on Cyber Crime and Regulation of Personal identifiable information

Description

This program will address the current state of affairs of cybercrime. The panel will discuss the common attack methods that the business community saw in 2021 and what they can expect in 2022. The group will explore the area of risk mitigation, including cyber-insurance coverage, incident response planning, suggested contract language for third-party vendors, and employee training in basic cyber hygiene. We will also review important existing international, federal and state laws and regulations that will impact the business community, and cover what legislation is in the works.
