Join the MSBA for the newest virtual presentation of Using & Drafting Trusts in Estate Planning, on Tuesday, January 31, 2023 at 9 a.m.! 

The program will focus on specific trusts, what they are used for, how they fit into an estate plan, and the specific conditions governing each. Faculty will be the authors of the newest edition of the upcoming “Using and Drafting Trusts in Estate Planning”, who will teach their chapter topics, and will include all of the relevant updated case law, IRS rulings, statutes, and regulations.
