Attorney: Withdrawal of Counsel Based on Possible Fraud in Unrelated Case


 Based upon circumstances happening during your representation of a corporation and the president's wife, you desire this Committee to issue an ethics opinion which you intend to support a motion to withdraw from pending litigation. This Committee does not issue opinions on matters that are currently in litigation.
