The MSBA Business Law
Section brings together MSBA members who share a special interest in the fields of corporation, capital
formation, and business law; furthers the study, development, and improvement of the law applicable thereto; and
sponsors programs throughout the year covering topics of general interest to corporation, banking, and business
lawyers.
