About Our Section
The MSBA Criminal Law & Practice Section stimulates interest in the administration of criminal justice among members of the Maryland Bar; actively seeks improvements and reforms in criminal law; presents frequent educational programs and issues regular publications; provides guidance to MSBA’s Board of Governors on criminal justice issues; and offers policy perspectives to the Maryland General Assembly as well as criminal justice agencies and groups.
