The MSBA Department of Learning and Publications is excited to offer an all new presentation The Maryland Trial Advocacy Institute, on May 4th-7th, 2020 at the University of Baltimore, MD!
This Institute is designed to help develop trial lawyers through a unique process of observing and learning from some of the leading litigators and judges in the state, who generously volunteer their time and experience as faculty. Through a combination of team teaching and actual trial practice with faculty critiques, participants will have a chance to develop effective trial advocacy skills. Each day will focus on opening and closing statements, direct and cross examination, and the program will conclude with a day devoted to a full bench trial conducted by each student.
Admission to the bar and attendance at each day’s session is required. Seating is limited to 36, so register now to take advantage of early bird pricing! Click HERE to register.
