To help manage your stress during these difficult and unusual times, Lisa Caplan, LCSW-C, Associate Director of the Lawyer Assistance Program will hold a weekly support group to discuss tips to manage your stress. This group will be a discussion format and will cover topics including stress management, working remotely with young children, anxiety, self-care, mindfulness and other wellness topics.
The support group will run weekly, on Wednesdays from 2-3pm, for 6 weeks starting Wednesday, March 25th
