As members of the Bench and Bar, we have stressful and sedentary jobs, work long hours, and often our health and wellness is at the bottom of the priority list. In other words, we are constantly chasing the elusive “work-life balance”. While we cannot change this overnight, state and local bar associations are taking the first step with Bench/Bar Wellness Week, which will focus on ways to improve your health and wellness by making small changes in your routine and life. It only takes 20 minutes a day to improve your body, mind, and spirit, so come join us for Bench/Bar Wellness Week and make yourself a priority.
