Andrea C. Terry
Director of Learning
Andrea C. Terry, Esq. is the Director of Learning, having founded the MSBA’s Continuing Legal Education (CLE) department in 2010. Her work includes delivering timely and essential educational opportunities for all Maryland lawyers, which she began doing as the Chief Program Attorney for MICPEL before joining the MSBA. Prior to that, she spent more than a decade helping to shape the field of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) in Maryland, serving as a founding member of Chief Judge Robert M. Bell’s ADR Committee, a founding member of Community Mediation Maryland’s board, the Quality Assurance Manager for the District Court of Maryland’s ADR Office, and the founding manager of the Harford County Community Mediation Program. She was also a founding committee member and trainer for the Maryland Program for Mediator Excellence (MPME) with the Maryland Judiciary, helping to develop the mediator mentoring component of the MPME. She has been a mediator for more than 20 years, having completed more than 200 hours of mediation training in the facilitative and transformative models, and is a past chair of the MSBA ADR Section.
Andrea received her B.A. from Virginia Tech, and her J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law.

Andrea Solan
Director of Legal Publications
Andrea Solan is the Director of Legal Publications for the MSBA. She works closely with subject matter experts and vendors to ensure the successful development, creation, and distribution of legal treatises and publications, with the goal of growing MSBA's library and establishing it as the Maryland legal community’s go-to source for legal publications. A licensed attorney, Andrea brings over 20 years of experience in legal practice and publishing to her role.
She is a graduate of the University of Delaware and the University of Baltimore School of Law.

Criselle Anderson
Educational Program Specialist
Criselle Anderson is the Educational Program Assistant for the Learning and Publications Department. She is responsible for the coordination and facilitation of the continuing legal education programs as well as reporting and maintaining compliance with MCLE (Mandatory Continuing Legal Education) surrounding states.
Before joining the MSBA, Criselle worked as a paralegal at a firm specializing in Elder Law, Estates and Trusts. She has previous experience with compliance and reporting to the AIA (American Institute of Architects) for continuing education. She has a background in the fine arts and graphic design.

Colleen Aracri
Member Content Manager
Colleen Aracri is the Member Content Manager for MSBA. She oversees the development and publication of the Bar Journal and micropublications, writes, edits, and publishes legal content across multiple platforms for MSBA members, and engages with members and committees to source content.
Prior to joining the MSBA, Colleen worked for eleven years as a litigator, focusing on the defense of companies and individuals in personal injury and property damage claims. She also has over a decade of experience in print and online publishing.
Colleen graduated from Villanova University with a BA in English and received her JD from the Duquesne University School of Law.

Pamela Langham
Legal Content Attorney
Pamela E. Langham is a former nationally recognized general counsel for a Florida public university. Before becoming general counsel, Pam was a trial attorney for 30 years representing individuals, Fortune 50 and 500 companies, and public agencies defending employment matters. She also counseled corporations and public agencies in best practices and drafted policies for operations and governance. The Governor of Florida appointed her twice to serve on the First Judicial Circuit Nominating Commission and she served as both chair and vice-chair of the commission. Pam currently litigates a handful of federal and state court cases related to discrimination and civil rights matters. Since becoming a Legal Content Attorney for the MSBA, she frequently writes articles affecting corporations and emerging technological issues impacting the practice of law, including artificial intelligence. A former Rotary President, Pam enjoys serving the community, reading, exercising, and gardening.
Pam attended law school at the Mississippi College School of Law and has been licensed to practice law in the State of Florida since 1991. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of New Orleans.
