Elevate Your Practice: Join the MSBA Workers' Compensation Evening Series This Summer

Excelling as a workers' compensation lawyer requires a thorough understanding of both the laws and regulations and courtroom procedure. Whether you are a newly admitted attorney who wants to build a workers’ compensation practice or an experienced practitioner trying to ensure you stay at the top of your game, the Maryland State Bar Association (MSBA) has a program designed just for you.

Beginning July 7, 2026, MSBA is launching a live stream presentation of our highly anticipated Workers' Compensation Evening Series.

Spanning six consecutive Tuesdays from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. EDT, this comprehensive course delivers 12 hours of core CLE credits (along with one hour of ethics for surrounding MCLE states).

Why This Series is a Must-Attend

  • Balance Your Perspective: Understand the strategic mechanics used by both sides of the aisle to anticipate your opponent’s next move.
  • Save on Vital Resources: Course participants will receive an exclusive 10% discount on the definitive industry text: Workers’ Compensation Manual, Twenty-Second Edition.
