With the "Great Resignation" and a realignment of values as a result of the pandemic, the amount of movement throughout the legal profession has increased drastically. Many of us are new to our offices and are welcoming new team members. Starting a new position is always difficult and doing so in a hybrid environment is even more challenging. We will share perspectives and experiences on successfully changing positions and welcoming new members to an office in a changed work environment where day-to-day face time is the exception as opposed to the norm. We will share strategies for successful integration into a new organization through thoughtful, intentional actions that will build foundations for growth.
