A client-centric organization is the result of countless different things, and each organization has its own special chemistry that makes it unique. However, there are a number of fundamental (online and offline) systems needed by every organization to keep their clientele and employees happy.

In the program, I will cover those systems and how they can help with a) client retention and engagement, b) lead generation and client acquisition, and c) gaining a competitive advantage for recruiting and more.

These systems can be categorized as the following:
– Contact Management Systems (i.e. CRM, referral systems, etc.)
– Knowledge Systems (e.g. Notion, Westlaw, etc.)
– Project Management Systems (e.g. Rocket Matter, Clio, etc.)
– File Management Systems (e.g. Dropbox, Google Drive, iManage, etc.)
– Productivity Systems (e.g. Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, Adobe Acrobat, etc.)
– Communication Systems (e.g. MS Outlook, Google Calendar, Slack, etc.)
– Talent Systems (e.g. ATS, Performance Reviews, titles, etc.)
– Media Systems (e.g. Website, social media profiles, etc.)

A thoughtful combination of these systems can help you maintain a law firm that’s better for the client and the law firm’s employees.
