Mike Molloy is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Harbor View Consulting, a boutique Maryland-based professional services firm specializing in accounting and finance advisory and solutions. Mike brings over 15 years of experience helping organizations, from Fortune 50 companies to fast growing professional services firms, leverage technology to improve business development, streamline operations, and build stronger teams. His work spans enterprise systems implementation, knowledge management, recruiting optimization, and AI-enabled workflow design. Prior to founding Harbor View, Mike spent a decade leading technology implementation and IT risk advisory engagements, serving more than 200 organizations on modernization projects across finance, operations, and compliance. Mike is a frequent speaker at professional association events and industry conferences on the practical application of AI. He has served on technology company and non-profit boards and has presented at local and national conferences and professional association forums.

Mike holds a Master of Science in Business Technology Management from Stevenson University and is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
