Overview of Legal Areas Impacting Children and Young Adults With Disabilities
The presenters, Maureen van Stone, Esq., MS and Mallory Legg, Esq. will provide an overview of disability-related topics, including special education law, discipline of children with disabilities, transition planning for children with disabilities, bullying, harassment, intimidation of children with disabilities, and guardianship and less restrictive alternatives. One hour credit will be offered for the surrounding MCLE states.
