Join the MSBA Labor & Employment Law Section for the newest presentation of Employment Law Institute on Thursday, March 5th, 2026 at 9 a.m. at the DoubleTree by Hilton Columbia.

During this comprehensive full day program, experienced practitioners will present updates on Federal and Maryland case law, employment discrimination law, wage and hour law, federal and state labor law, and offer practical guidance on litigating employment cases. You'll have a chance to hear from a panel of federal judges, and representatives of the EEOC and MCCR with Q&A sessions, and get a thorough SCOTUS update.
