2026 Legal Summit Series: Is Your Law Firm Resilient? Protecting Your People and Your Data
Join the MSBA for 2026 Legal Summit Series: Is Your Law Firm Resilient? Protecting Your People and Your Data on Wednesday, July 8, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. EST.
In any law firm, the most important assets are people and data. Law firms cannot provide excellent services to clients without hiring talented and well-qualified people, and those people, in turn, want to feel that they are working in a safe, secure, and protected environment, especially in today’s unpredictable world. These are the very people who can provide the first line of defense if there is an active threat to the law firm and who can help protect the firm’s data in the cyber wars that can threaten sensitive client data, overall profitability, and firm reputation. In this session, you will learn what steps you can take to make your law firm resilient and what exercises, drills, and training are important to ensure everyone remains safe in the face of any threat. Additionally, key measures necessary for a law firm to ensure that both its personnel and sensitive data are secure will be discussed.
